RAKs (Calamity Jr. and Joy)

Hello.  Just a quick post.

In September at my one year blog anniversary, there were four people that left comments for my giveaway.  One was the winner, Karen, and two others sent me their snail mail as requested.

At the time, I had no idea where I was going with this, but here is what I came up with.

Two RAKs for

Calamity Jr. (no blog)

I didn"t know what to make for Calamity Jr. but when I saw this freebie I stitched for Calamity Jr.
I wanted it to look like a gift package and with this finishing I think I got close.

Here is a side view.

Here is a view of the bottom to show the bell feet, which also is utilized to have the piece tilted upward at an angle.

and the other for Joy @ The Busy Stitcher's Babble

Lizzie Kate, Quick it, Be Naughty

Here is a side view

Here is the bottom with pepermint feet which is utilized to have the piece titled upward at an angle.

Okay ladies.  These will be off in the mail tomorrow and hope you both like them and I know these surprises are usually shown after you receive the packages, but I thought I would do this a little different.

Okay.  For the rest of us, I will have a 3rd RAK as soon as I get it worked out.

Until next time.
Jackie.

Hi Jackie,

I'm a new follower and I just have to say that your finishing is exquisite! Very creative! I love how you used the bells and peppermints to tilt at the proper angle. I look forward to exploring your blog and seeing more or your work in the future.
