First up 'yall. Just want to say "Thanks" again for all your generous comments you all have left on LHN Pear Tree ornament. I am ever so humbled by your comments and hope 'yall don't get tired of me saying thank you. Sorry! It's my home training. LOL. (for real, that's true).
Today, I am posting my wallhanging I promised sometime ago now.
Allow me, if you will, to start with my reference point, and I will go from there. All of my fabrics were given to me by my friend, Ms. Tencha. Isn't she just gracious. I will tell you about her at a later time.
and now, here is the end product.
Please note. These are not professionally rendered photographs, so if you are okay with what you see thus far, then please continue looking at the individual blocks.
Pattern: The Country Quitler, Desertscape
I switched the sun and the cactus group in the top row.
The next two is to show a close up of the pieced mesa border.
Here are the individual blocks by row, top to bottom and left to right.
Cacti Group
Chili Peppers
Sun
Lizard
Cow skull
Road Runner
Cactus and Scorpion
Rattlesnake
Fat Cactus
Armadillo
Does anyone have a favorite block? Mine is the armadillo.
Again, until next time.
Always,
Jackie.
