Let me begin by saying "Thank You" so very much for all your comments and concerns you all have bid me on my last post. I am so appreciative of you all. "Thank you all".
So here goes.
Can you all believe I am back with another finish. I am just tickled pink. Speaking of pink, I hope you all liked my new blog look. It is very pink and I like it.
Anywho, this here cause is for my Christmas Ornament SAL. The theme for February is love, music or winter.
My Big Toe Designs, Christmas Pinkie II
stitched on 28 Ct. mystery with DMC 93, 902, 987 and baked in coffee after stitching.
DMC 93 was too bright.
I hope you all like it. I did not like it at first with the blue, re,d and the green together, but after the coffee settled it down, I was able to work with her and I think she looks better now.
Okay, again, until next time,
Please "enjoi"
Jackie

Very beautiful ornament! I like how its hung on the candle stick also. I haven't cross stitched since I was in college (a very long time ago!) and this makes me want to.

Great blog Jackie ! You like pink, don't you ?
Hi Jackie! I am not a fan of blue but must say I think this ornament is just beautiful. The blue makes it really pop. I love making ornaments at other times of the year but am not working on any this year. I actually wanted to make a bunch of little pillows for Valentine's bowl fillers. Missed this Valentine's day though. I was inspired even more seeing yours. Just lovely. I am sad to hear you are having some health problems. I would be so sad not to be able to eat chocolate. Chocolate is my favorite thing as long as it is pure, rich and bitter and very dark. I hope you are feeling tip top soon.
Hugs from Holland ~
Heidi
Love the finish...and what a nice assortment of Valentine stitching!
