to change the things that I can, and,

the wisdom to know the difference.

Guild workshop quilt

Hello FOST,
Good morning and good day to all of you.  Just a quick post.  I am checking the block.  LOL.  I wanted to get at least one quilt done this year.

Here is my Guild workshop quilt I worked on last week.  I hope you all like it.

Let me first show my reference point.  On my last post, I showed this pic of the fabby's I used in the quilt.

I finished the quilt top earlier during the week, but I had to get two of my stitching buddies to hold it to get a pic.

I will post my wall hanging soon.
Please enjoi.
Jackie

I think that your quilt is fantastic. The colors are so pretty to look at especially during this dark and dreary time of year!!

Hi
I came across your blog from Lorilee's site. Love your quilt top-it's beautiful. It's something I wish I could do-but I only stitch or crochet and I crochet very rarely. It's nice to find some more African American needle workers. Please stop by blog and visit sometime.

I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Wonderful Jackie! Congratulations on finishing the top. What a perfect choice of colors for this month too. Are you hand quilting it? Have fun.
